Yeah! Meshi is a meal prep service where home cooks sell their food to busy families, especially ones with young kids.
The goal is to make it easy for home cooks to share their meals and for families to get healthy, homemade food without the stress of cooking every day. It also helps home cooks earn extra income while doing something they love.
Logo Mark
The previous logo featured a female face, warm but limited in scope. A new mark was introduced that retained familiarity while becoming more inclusive: a face constructed from the Y, !, and M of "Yeah! Meshi."
Illustration & Color
The illustration style was kept deliberately organic—imperfect lines, hand-drawn energy, and expressive shapes—to reflect the warmth and care of Indonesian home-cooked food. A base of fresh green, inspired by the banana leaves often used in Indonesian cuisine.
Typography
With such vibrant visuals, the typography needed to balance the system without overpowering it. Neue Haas Grotesk was selected for its clarity, modern structure, and grounded presence. It supported usability while allowing the illustrations and photos to take the spotlight.
